This company has promoted a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) company “BSC-C&C Kurali Toll Road Limited” to execute a road projet on BOT “Design, Engineering, Finance, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Kurali-Kiratpur Section from km.28.600 to km.73.200 of NH-21 under NHDP Phase IIIA on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Basis (Contract Package No.NHDP-III/BOT/IV/03) with a 51% shareholding. The value of the project is Rs.3460.52 Millions and toll collection duration is 17 years.

This is another 100% (WOS) Company promoted by BSCPL, having a paid up share capital of Rs.5 lacs. No separate and independent activities have yet been started under this company
