Mr. K. Thanu Pillai, Executive President has a long association with the Company during the years of its stupendous growth. He retired as Managing Director of State Bank of Hyderabad after putting about four decades of experience in Banking Sector. He has widely traveled to many Countries during his service. He is on the Boards of several listed and unlisted public companies and private companies.

Mr. U. Jayakodi, aged 64 years, is the President (Technical & Arbitration) of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since 1992. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Madras. He has 35 years of experience in civil engineering. Prior to joining our Company, he worked with NHAI. He is currently responsible for the Company’s business operations in relation to the formation of Joint Ventures, bidding for major highway projects, planning and implementation of project execution and contract management.

Mr. T. Dayakar, aged 55 years, is the President (Projects) of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since 1991. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Venkateswara University. He has 25 years of experience in Project execution and general administration. He is currently responsible for the overall administration of the project sites and also undertakes the role of a liaison between the technical wing of the Company and the relevant Government department.

Mr. T.V. Manjunath, aged 53 years, is the Chief Executive Officer (Real Estate, India) of our Company. He joined our Company on December 3, 2012. He is a graduate engineer (BE Civil) from BMS College of Engineering , Bangalore and did his PG.Diploma in Marketing Management from Bangalore University also did PG Diploma in Operations Management from IGNOU.
Mr.Manjunath is having over 30 years of varied experience in real estate and construction business and associated with the companies of high repute and held leadership positions in Ashok Leyland Properties, Skyline Constructions, Mantri Group, Brigade Group. Prior to joining our Company, he worked with Elbit India, a mutli-national corporation from Israel as a chief operating officer responsible for the PAN India operation.

Mr. Man Mohan Varma, aged 59 years, is the Chief Executive Officer (International Business) of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since 2007. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has about 30 years of experience in project execution and business administration. He is currently responsible for International Business.

Mr. A.V.B.R. Narasimham, aged 39 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University and also ACA, AICWA, ACS. He has 15 years of experience in the area of finance and accounts. Prior to joining our Company, he worked with KVK Nilachal Power (Private) Limited.

Mr. K. Saravana Kumar, aged 46 years, is the Vice President (Transport & Infrastructure) of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since 2005. He holds bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He has 20 years of experience in project execution. Prior to joining our Company, he worked with the Andhra Pradesh Public Works Department (Roads & Buildings) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. He is currently responsible for technical matters like submission of tenders in relation to BOT projects.

Mr. K.B.V. Raghava Chary, Aged 49 years, is the Vice President (HR) of our Company. He is a post graduate in industrial relations and personnel management from Andhra University M.A (IR&PM) and Law graduate (LL.B) from Osmania University.
Mr. Raghava Chary has over 22 years of experience in the fields of Human Resource, Industrial Relations and Administration in Engineering, Pharma and Infrastructure industries. In his career he served in Duncan Goenka group, Murugappa Group, Sri Krishna Group, ICOMM Tele Limited and Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd. He is responsible for HR functions of BSCPL.
